• AI-powered image analysis for event extraction
• Family sharing capabilities
• Cloud synchronization across devices
• Recurring task support (daily, weekly, monthly)

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid email address

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Upload malicious content or malware

5. AI and Image Processing

When you use the AI image analysis feature:

• Images are sent to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, etc.)
• Images are processed for event extraction only
• We do not permanently store uploaded images
• AI-generated results are suggestions and may require manual verification

6. Family Sharing

When using family sharing features:

• You grant shared users permission to view and edit shared tasks
• You are responsible for managing your sharing permissions
• Shared users must respect the privacy of shared information

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Reminder App and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your task data remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Firebase (Google) for authentication and storage
• AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Qianwen)
• Advertising networks (Google AdMob/AdSense)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Advertising

The Service displays advertisements through Google AdSense/AdMob. We reserve the right to display ads throughout the Service. Ad blockers may affect Service functionality.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• That defects will be corrected immediately

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
